Founder & Coach

Amelia is a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with over six years of experience in the health and fitness industry. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with women at every stage of their journey, from those building confidence in the gym for the first time, to those refining their strength and physique goals. Through both her professional work and her own personal experiences, she has developed a deep understanding of why so many women struggle to stay consistent with training.

She recognises that it is rarely a lack of motivation or discipline that holds women back. More often, it is overwhelm, unrealistic expectations, conflicting information, and an all or nothing mindset that makes training feel unsustainable. This insight has shaped her coaching philosophy.

Amelia’s approach is supportive, balanced, and rooted in education. She focuses on building strong foundations and sustainable habits that feel achievable long term, not quick fixes or extremes. She believes strength training should enhance your life, not consume it, and that meaningful progress is built through consistency, clarity, and intention.

Her passion lies in simplifying the process so women can train with confidence, feel capable in their bodies, and develop a healthy relationship with exercise. Brielle Jancevski

Founder & Coach

With over seven years of experience in the fitness industry, Brielle is passionate about helping women build strength without confusion, second guessing, or constantly questioning whether they are doing enough. Throughout her career, she has worked with women who want clarity, structure, and a training plan they can trust, not trends or quick fixes.

She understands how overwhelming the fitness space can feel. Conflicting advice, constant program changes, and unrealistic expectations often leave women feeling uncertain or stuck. Her approach cuts through that noise. This clarity has shaped her coaching philosophy.

Brielle’s coaching style is structured, detail driven, and deeply intentional. Every program she designs has a clear purpose, progression, and outcome. She believes that when women understand exactly what they are doing and why, everything changes. Training becomes focused, purposeful, and achievable.

She is serious about strong foundations and real results, prioritising proper technique, progressive overload, and consistency but not about making fitness feel rigid or all consuming.
