Who we are.
The Her Method was founded by Amelia Metcalfe and Brielle Jancevski, qualified Personal Trainers with over seven years of experience in the health and fitness industry. After years of coaching women at every stage of their journey, both in and out of the gym, we began to notice a consistent pattern. Strength training for women had become unnecessarily complicated.
Conflicting information, extreme approaches, and one size fits all programs were leaving women feeling confused, overwhelmed, and unsure of how to train with confidence. Instead of building clarity and consistency, many women were stuck second guessing their progress and constantly starting over.
We created The Her Method to change that.
Our mission is to simplify strength training by providing clear structure, intentional programming, and education that empowers women to understand what they are doing and why. We believe that when training feels purposeful and achievable, consistency follows.
At the core of what we do is balance. We value strong foundations, progressive training, and real results, but never at the expense of sustainability. Strength should enhance your life, not consume it. It should feel empowering, adaptable, and built for the long term.
The Her Method is not about extremes or perfection. It is about building strength with intention, developing confidence through clarity, and learning how to train in a way that supports your body and your life.
